Welcome to pk465 (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). pk465 is an English-language online gaming information and services platform accessible at https://pk465.cam, designed primarily to serve users in Pakistan and other regions where access to such content is permitted under applicable local law.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and pk465 governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, games, betting services, promotions and related functions made available through it.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation impose restrictions on gambling activities. pk465 does not claim that online gambling is licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. To register and maintain an account on pk465, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
pk465 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility criteria are not met, or where there is reasonable suspicion of ineligibility. Any balances held in ineligible accounts may be voided in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
5.1 Single Account Policy. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
5.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
5.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, pk465 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
5.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk465 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
5.5 Suspicious Activity. You must notify pk465 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend any account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
6.1 Accepted Methods. pk465 facilitates deposits through a range of payment methods relevant to Pakistani users, which may include bank transfers and digital payment solutions familiar in the local market. The availability of any specific method — including those commonly referenced as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to the operator's current payment provider integrations and cannot be guaranteed. These names are cited as familiar local payment references only; they do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any named institution.
6.2 Own Funds Only. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. pk465 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party payment sources.
6.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current minimums are published in the Platform's cashier section. Illustrative minimums of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 may apply depending on the method selected.
6.4 Currency. Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as permitted by the operator. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the operator and may include a conversion fee.
6.5 Deposit Limits. Users may set voluntary daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit may be subject to a cooling-off period as specified in the responsible gambling controls.
7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by users who have completed KYC verification in full. Unverified accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds. pk465 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process.
7.2 Bonus Wagering. Where an active bonus is attached to your account, you must fulfil the applicable wagering requirements in full before the bonus-related balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to the operator's current processing schedule. Typical timeframes range from same-day to five business days, though this is not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or while identity checks are being conducted.
7.4 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. These limits are published in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. Illustrative minimums of PKR 1,000 per transaction may apply.
7.5 Right to Withhold. pk465 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through pk465 are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, game contribution percentages, bonus expiry periods, and maximum cash-out limits. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer and form part of these Terms.
8.2 One Bonus per Offer. Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per eligible account. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
8.3 Maximum Bet Rule. While a bonus is active on your account, individual bets may not exceed the maximum bet limit specified in the offer terms (illustrative example: PKR 500 per round or spin). Placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided regardless of the outcome.
8.4 Game Contributions. Different game types contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games and certain specialty games may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Specific contribution rates are set out in the offer terms.
8.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated winnings that are not utilised within the specified expiry period will be automatically removed from the account without notice. Expiry periods are stated in each offer's terms and typically range from 7 to 30 days.
8.6 Abuse & Fraud Prevention. pk465 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on high-RTP games or sides of a bet to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended and balances forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk465 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
All content published on the pk465 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software code, database structures and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk465 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to: download or copy Platform content for commercial use; modify, adapt or create derivative works; redistribute, sell or sublicense any content; or remove any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
Any unauthorised use of pk465 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable law and pk465 reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies in such circumstances.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk465 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform.
11.2 pk465 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any content will be accurate or current. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.
11.3 Gambling is inherently risky and outcomes are not guaranteed. pk465 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through participation in gaming or betting activities on the Platform. Users engage in such activities entirely at their own risk.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, processing, storage and use of your personal data by pk465 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We collect only the personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity and process transactions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 14.1 Initial Contact. In the event of a dispute concerning your account, a transaction, a bonus or any other Platform matter, you must first contact pk465 support via the Help Center, providing full details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days where possible.
14.2 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body in the operator's license jurisdiction. Details of the applicable body will be communicated in our response to your complaint.
14.3 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Any dispute not resolved through internal processes or alternative dispute resolution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
14.4 No Waiver. Failure by pk465 to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any right to enforce it in the future.
pk465 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://pk465.cam/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.
Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall, to the extent possible, be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
